What does a retreat look like?

Come and immerse yourself in nature at our beautiful, eco conscious retreat set in Herefordshire. Each of our retreats are bespoke and therefore include different sessions from fitness to foraging, but there is always a focus on wellness, rest and rejuvenation.

Example Itinerary:

 

Day 1

9am Registration/welcome

10am Yoga in the meadow 🧘‍♀️🌿

11am Morning Break

11:40am Movement & Mindfulness 🌳

12:40pm Lunch Break - one of our balanced, nutritional meals

3pm Nutrition Session 📚🤯

6:30pm Evening Meal - one of our balanced, nutritional meals

Time to relax and enjoy ☕️📖

Day 2

8:30am Breakfast - Nutritious Overnight Oats 🍓🍴🫶

9.30am Time to say our goodbyes - until the next retreat!
