 Hello, I’m Jane – founder of Health & Me Retreats. If you’ve ever dreamed of pressing pause on the busyness of life and reconnecting with yourself in nature, you’ll understand why I started this journey. How It All Began Back in 2019,


I decided it was time to create something that reflected my passion for the outdoors, wellness, and supporting others. After years of working hard and giving so much of myself to others, I realised I needed to build something that also nourished me. That spark became Health & me retreats – a space where wellbeing, community, and nature meet.

What We Do

Based in the beautiful Herefordshire countryside, Health & Me Retreats offers both day retreats and overnight wellness retreats. Each retreat is designed for small groups of 8–15 people, creating an intimate and supportive space to relax and recharge. Our retreats combine a unique mix of practices and activities to support both mind and body, including

  • Yoga classes to stretch, strengthen, and relax

  • Nutrition workshops to inspire healthy living and balanced eating

  • Guided nature walks in the Herefordshire landscape

  • Mindfulness and meditation sessions for inner calm

  • Wholesome, nourishing food made with fresh ingredients

  • Time to rest, reflect, and reset in a peaceful environment
