All fitness sessions will be tailored to a full range of abilities. You will have the opportunity to take part in an early morning and/or a late evening run to explore the woodlands and lake.

Other sessions will include: Yoga, Kettle Bell Workouts, Body Weight Workouts and a one to one nutritional advice session with Jodie. 

Health and Wellbeing

Take part in a bespoke one to one nutritional session with our expert to equip you with the tools to lead a healthier and happier lifestyle.

The tips and knowledge you learn at Health and Me will be easily transferable into day to day life at home. We'll be clearing up common nutrition misconceptions and will be around the whole weekend for you to ask us any questions you may still have!

Nutritional Meals

The best way to start to make a change to a healthier lifestyle is to come and try it at Health & Me Retreats! Throughout the weekend we will show you some delicious well-balanced and nutritional meals that you can easily do at home. 

The whole weekend is fully catered with food that's both delicious and healthy - and yes, you still get dessert!

Overnight Stay

Buckland House stands impressively in the North Devon countryside, solid and timeless. We offer friendly and relaxed accommodation. Buckland House is both grand and comfortable, a house that feels like home from home.

With period features, games rooms and endless grounds, there's plenty to explore all weekend!

Rest and Relax

Relax for the weekend by staying in a beautiful Georgian Mansion in the Devonshire Countryside.

All fitness sessions are optional so if you fancy winding-down in the bath with a glass of wine, then we can accommodate that too! 

We also provide a masseuse at an additional price for that all important post work-out massage.

Meet The Team

Passionate about health, fitness, and well being, Jane formed Health and Me Retreats. Catch her at the retreats helping with all the sessions and insuring that everybody gets the most out of the weekend.

Shaun is our engaging fitness coach. Shaun runs various fitness sessions including cardio workouts, running and kettle bell weight sessions all of which are adapted to a mixed ability.



Jodie is our qualified sports nutritionalist. She is also an advanced personal trainer and sports massage therapist. Jodie has a wealth of expertise and is passionate about giving you the tools to impact your life.
