Rest and Relax
Relax with vintage quilts, blankets and hot water bottles along with feather duvets and pillows to keep you warm and toasty.
Every endeavour has been made to ensure the site is as environmentally friendly and sustainable as possible. Lighting is by way of low level solar, fairy lights, lanterns and candles making for a magical atmosphere.

We also provide a masseuse at an additional price for that all important post work-out.
Overnight Stay
All the caravans are situated in a wildflower meadow facing directly West, enjoying fantastic views out across the Wye Valley to the Black Mountains and Hay Bluff. Each comes with its own private seating area and firebowl to allow you to kick back and watch the setting sun








Nutritional Meals
The best way to start to make a change to a healthier lifestyle is to come and try it at Health & Me Retreats! Throughout the event we will show you some delicious well-balanced and nutritional meals that you can easily do at home.
The retreat is fully catered with food that's both delicious and healthy - and yes, you still get dessert!
Fitness
If you decide to book a Fitness Retreat, all fitness sessions will be tailored to a full range of abilities. You will have the opportunity to take part in an early morning and/or a late evening run to explore the beautiful surroundings.

Other sessions will include: Yoga, Pilates and Body Weight Workouts.

Jane
Passionate about wellbeing, health, and fitness, Jane formed Health and Me Retreats. Catch her at the retreats helping with all the sessions and insuring that everybody gets the most out of their experience.

What to expect...

How many people will be on the retreat?
Each retreat is limited to 11 -15 participants allowing the retreat to be relaxing and enjoyable.
Where will the activities be held?
Activities are held outside.
What activities can I expect?
All our retreats offer different activities so this will depend on the retreat booked. Yoga & Pilates sessions will be outside in nature so we can enjoy the beautiful Herefordshire views.
What if the great British weather isn’t kind to us?
We will endeavour to hold sessions outside, if we feel the weather is not suitable for the activity we will hold smaller sessions in the summer kitchen.
Are meals included?
You will receive lunch and 2 course evening meal on the day of arrival and breakfast on day 2, all meals will be served in the summer kitchen.
Are there socialising areas?
The summer kitchen is a great indoor space to sit and chat or there is a large Camp fire which is also great for socialising when it gets dark.
Is there heating in the accommodation?
Each van has its own log burner and outdoor fire pit. Wood can be purchased onsite at an additional cost of £6.00 per bag and £2.50 for kindling and firelighters. The Bell tent has an oil filled radiator.
Can we play tennis during the retreat?
There is a Tennis court on site- Rackets for 2 players provided.
What is within walking distance of the retreat?
There are some beautiful walks in the surrounding area and a fabulous local farm shop, no need to get in a car.
What will I need to bring?
Just towels, wellies(weather dependent) torch, battery back for phones if desired.
We will provide plenty of blankets & hot water bottles if needed.
What are the Washing Facilities?
The shower and toilets are located in the showershack. There are 2 toilets on site- a conventional flushing one and also a composting loo. Every endeavour has been made to make the site as eco friendly as possible.
Do I need to bring toiletries?
We provide organic toiletries so no need to bring shower gel, shampoo or conditioner.
Is there power on site?
Our vintage caravans date from 1930’s and have no electricity. Lighting is by way of low level solar, fairy lights, lanterns and candles.
Is there any facility to charge devices?
There is electricity in the car park area. Any phones/tablets put on charge here are left at your own risk.
Can I bring alcohol?
You are welcome to bring alcohol if you desire, there is a fridge in the car park area.
